Terms of Service

Effective June 13, 2026

FullPanel is an educational tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it never recommends, endorses, or adjusts any drug, hormone, peptide, supplement, compound, or dose. Always consult a qualified physician about your health and your results. If you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

1Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and FullPanel (“FullPanel,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the FullPanel website, applications, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy model. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you. The Service is offered for informational and educational purposes only and is not directed at minors.

3What FullPanel is — and is not

The Service reads laboratory values you provide and presents context: it groups markers, compares them against published reference ranges, and adapts that context to a stated situation (for example, standard clinical ranges versus ranges commonly discussed for people on hormone protocols). This context is a reading aid. It is not a medical opinion, diagnosis, or treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Reference ranges and rules are being reviewed for accuracy and may change; do not rely on the Service for any medical decision.

4No drug, hormone, or dosing guidance

FullPanel does not provide, and you will not interpret it as providing, advice to start, stop, increase, decrease, or combine any drug, anabolic agent, hormone, peptide, supplement, or other compound. “Enhanced” context exists only to make an already-existing situation legible and to reduce false alarms — never to encourage, instruct, or optimize any protocol. Decisions about substances are between you and your physician, at your own risk.

5Assumption of risk

You are solely responsible for what you do with the information the Service presents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and from any action or inaction you take based on it.

6Accounts

The free analyzer requires no account. If you create one, accounts are anonymous by design; you are responsible for safeguarding your account key and for activity under your account. You may export and permanently delete your account and stored results at any time.

7Coaches and client linking

Coach plans let a coach monitor client results that clients link with explicit consent. If you are a coach, you are responsible for your own coaching, for obtaining and honoring client consent, for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to you, and for any guidance you give your clients. FullPanel is a data tool you use; it is not your supervisor, employer, or a party to your coaching relationship. If you are a client, you may revoke a coach’s access at any time.

8Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the paid period. Add-ons are billed alongside the plan they attach to. One-time purchases (such as a report unlock) are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once delivered. Taxes may apply. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

9Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no uploading of other people’s health data without authorization, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, no resale of access, and no use that would put us at risk with payment processors or the law. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

10Intellectual property

The Service, including its context engine, marker dictionary, design, and content, is owned by FullPanel and protected by law. Your lab data is yours. Branded (white-label) reports you generate on a coach plan are yours to share with your clients, subject to these Terms.

11Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that ranges, rules, or extracted values are accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FullPanel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or CAD $50.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FullPanel and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or, if you are a coach, your coaching of clients.

14Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
